Modular Building Program Fee Schedule

The Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is authorized to set and collect fees for the Modular Building Program. These fees are associated with the provision of required decals for modular units and support the overall administration of the program. Fees are established in compliance with Section 63J-1-504.

Manufacturer Fees:

Initial Registration: $1,600
Annual Registration Renewal: $800

Third-party Inspection Agency Fees:

Initial Registration: $2,000
Annual Registration Renewal: $1,000

Third-party Inspector Fees:

Annual Registration: $500

Administrative Fees:

Plan Registration: $50 each
Plan Review: $125 per hour
Construction On-site Audit: $96 per hour
Manufacturer On-site Audit: Actual cost

State of Utah Decal Registration Fees:

Panelized Housing: $75 each

Commercial Modular: $100 each
