Construction Management
DFCM’s Construction Management team oversees the development and remodeling of State facilities, procurement of contractors and consultants, project management, building official responsibilities, and ensuring high-performance building standards.

Facilities Management
Our Facilities Management group manages over 200 state-owned and state-leased facilities. These managed facilities are divided into 10 different complexes throughout the State based on geographic region.

Real Estate
The Real Estate team negotiates leases, controls $23+ million in rent budgets, and handles most property acquisitions, sales, and related issues for state agencies. Additionally, they manage the Lease Revenue and General Obligation Bond Programs, ensuring streamlined processes for capital facilities.
