Third-party Inspector Requirements
Third-party inspectors seeking approval from the Division of Facilities Construction and Management to perform third-party plan review and inspections for modular units installed in the State of Utah must be employed by a DFCM Approved Third-party Inspection Agency and submit an Application for Third-party Inspector to DFCM. Once approval is provided, the inspector will be placed on the list of Approved Third-party Inspectors.

Inspector Qualifications
To be an approved, inspectors must be licensed as a Combination Inspector in the State of Utah as required by Title 58 Chapter 56.
Please contact the State of Utah Division of Professional Licensing to obtain your State of Utah license.
