Attending the Pre-Bid and Pre-Proposal Meeting Is Required
Each DFCM construction project solicitation begins with a mandatory pre-bid or pre-proposal meeting for all interested firms. Consideration towards award of the contract for the corresponding solicitation will only be given to firms in attendance for the entirety of the meeting and who have signed the attendance log.
