Energy Incentives
The SBEEP program strives to collect every incentive from all Capital Improvement Projects and Capital Development Projects. The incentives or rebates collected come from installing energy efficient items that meet the minimum energy efficiency requirements that Rocky Mountain Power and Dominion Energy have established. Incentives are used to help defer the cost of efficiency measures to the State Agencies and State Institutions to help avoid increases in operation and maintenance cost to State owned facilities moving forward.
