Facility Maintenance Audits In accordance with state legislative maintenance standards, DFCM has been given the responsibility of conducting facility maintenance audits and monitoring the state preventive maintenance program for all state owned facilities. Jeff Reddoor is the DFCM representative in charge of the facility maintenance audit program.
